Need Your New Teeth in a Day?

Same-Day Dental Implants

Typically, it takes around three months for implants to integrate firmly with the jaw before new teeth can be added. But with our advanced implant technology, we ensure immediate stability, allowing you to leave with a full set of teeth the same day. There’s no need to wait months to regain your smile.

Missing All Your Teeth & Tired of Bulky Dentures?

Full Arch Dental Implants

The All-on-4 implant method provides a complete set of teeth in a single day, transforming your smile instantly. Forget long waiting periods and embrace immediate confidence. Using only four implants per jaw, we support an entire arch of lifelike teeth. Over time, these implants integrate with your jawbone, creating a lasting and stable solution.

Say goodbye to slipping dentures, discomfort and restrictions. Enjoy your favourite meals, speak with confidence and smile effortlessly — all in just one day.

Lacking Jawbone for an Implant?

Short Dental Implants

When standard implants aren’t possible due to limited jawbone height, bone grafting may be required, adding time and expense to treatment. To avoid this, we utilise Bicon SHORT® Implants, which expand implant options and often eliminate the need for grafting. These shorter implants can be more effective in many cases, offering a practical alternative to traditional longer implants.

Avoiding bone grafting allows you to restore your teeth more quickly and cost-effectively. Short implants involve smaller incisions and slower drilling techniques than traditional options, which may lead to reduced discomfort and quicker recovery times.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What is a dental implant?

A dental implant is a biocompatible titanium post placed in the jawbone that acts as an artificial tooth root. This modern solution provides a stable and permanent replacement for missing teeth, blending seamlessly with your natural smile. Unlike dentures or bridges, implants integrate with the bone, offering exceptional support while preventing bone loss and preserving facial structure. They improve chewing, speaking and overall oral health, ensuring both functionality and aesthetics. With a long history of success, dental implants are a dependable option for those looking to restore their confidence and enjoy a complete smile.

Missing teeth, regardless of the cause, make dental implants an option, but your overall health, not age, is the deciding factor. Generally, if you’re fit for a tooth extraction, you may qualify for implants. Adequate jawbone density, healthy gums and an evaluation of any medical conditions are essential for successful treatment. Contact us to assess your unique needs and plan the best path for your smile restoration.

Everyone’s experience with discomfort varies, but most patients find dental implant procedures less painful than anticipated. Many are pleasantly surprised by how well they feel afterward. Local anaesthesia ensures a pain-free procedure, while prescribed medication helps ease any post-treatment soreness. We also provide detailed aftercare guidance to help you recover comfortably and quickly.

Dental implants do more than restore your smile – they enhance your bite, protect jawbone health and support neighbouring teeth. Relish your favourite meals, regain confidence and get rid of the hassle of dentures. Discover how implants can transform your oral health and lifestyle. Get in touch to explore the possibilities!

The timeline for dental implant treatment varies based on individual needs. In some cases, temporary teeth can be placed on the same day as the implants, but the final restoration usually takes several months. Additional time may be needed to ensure the best aesthetic and functional results. Please schedule a consultation with us to receive a personalised assessment and treatment plan tailored to your specific requirements.

The possibility of being without teeth is a common concern, but advancements in dental implant technology offer reassuring solutions. In many cases, patients can leave their implant surgery with a temporary prosthesis, providing immediate functionality and aesthetics while the implants integrate with the jawbone. Some modern implant designs even allow for fixed, permanent teeth on the same day. However, a thorough consultation is essential to assess your individual needs, including oral health and bone density, to determine the best treatment plan and timeline for you. This ensures a tailored approach to restore your smile efficiently.

Dental implants are known for their impressive durability, often lasting over 15 years in 90% of documented cases, and there are indications they could last much longer. However, to ensure their longevity, proper care and regular visits to the dentist are essential.

Certainly! Like natural teeth, your dental implants require consistent care to ensure their lasting success. Regular checkups with your dentist, along with hygienist visits every 3-6 months for professional cleaning and plaque removal, are crucial. This ongoing care protects both the implants and surrounding tissues, helping to maintain optimal oral health and a beautiful smile for the long term.
